In 2018, this idea finally became a reality. The GetSpeed RaceTaxi was launched by GetSpeed Performance GmbH — an established racing team with years of experience on the Nordschleife and in international GT3 racing.

This background is crucial: unlike traditional adventure experiences, the GetSpeed RaceTaxi has been built on genuine racing expertise from the very beginning.

This decision brought clear benefits: While GetSpeed Performance can once again focus entirely on professional racing and GT3 series, under8 GmbH is now fully dedicated to further developing one of the most intense motorsport experiences at the Nürburgring.

The name “under8” symbolizes the commitment to always push the limits of performance on the Nordschleife.
